Introducing the accomplishment jar - a fun and effective tool to boost a child's self-confidence.

Sometimes, we may feel weak, especially when facing new challenges or after experiencing failure. During these times, it’s important to remind ourselves of our past successes, which prove that we can overcome any obstacle. One way to boost our morale is by creating an accomplishment jar, which can be used by people of all ages, even if, in this case we are referring to children.

To make an accomplishment jar, we only need a jar or box. We can decorate it together with a child or let them decorate it themselves. Once decorated, we name it “The Accomplishment Jar”. The child can then write down any action or achievement that makes them feel proud, from small tasks like tidying their room to bigger achievements like learning to skate or excelling in exams.

When we feel down or weak, we can read through the contents of the jar to remind ourselves of our abilities and strengths. This method serves as a reminder of who we are and what we can achieve, and it can help us feel better during tough times.
